Whether navigating rugged terrain or fending off the elements, customers with an eligible Kogan Mobile plan & device who are out of traditional cell-tower coverage can now TXT anywhere in New Zealand, with a line of sight to the sky.*

It also offers an additional layer of security when disaster strikes and traditional telecommunication infrastructure fails.

One NZ Satellite TXT offers an extra layer of protection to existing safety devices. If you’re planning a visit to somewhere remote, it’s always recommended to take a personal locator beacon in case of an emergency.

Eligible phones.

The One NZ Satellite TXT service is available on a range of eligible phones, with more becoming eligible over the coming months. Customers will receive a TXT message notifying them that they have the service.

• 'Testing' means that our team are testing these phone models to ensure that One NZ Satellite TXT works with them.
• Phones purchased outside of New Zealand (including parallel imports) may not be compatible.
