What You Get:
When you have an active International Roaming Add-On and are located in one of the 56 destinations listed above:
- Standard international voice calls can be made to and received from the 56 destinations listed above, plus New Zealand.
- Data can be used while you are in one of the 56 destinations listed above.
- SMS messages can be received from any destination, and can be sent to any of the 56 destinations listed above, plus New Zealand (only available with the International Roaming Calls + Data Add-On).
Add-On Usage:
Only one International Roaming Add-On can be active at once. If an additional International Roaming Add-On is added before the first is exhausted, the new International Roaming Add-On supersedes the existing and the existing Add-On allocation is forfeited.
- Selected roaming destinations may change from time to time. Check this page for an up to date destination list.
- You can only use an International Roaming Add-On if you are an existing Kogan Mobile customer with an active account. New Kogan Mobile Customers who activate a SIM will need to activate a prepay plan with Kogan Mobile before purchasing an International Roaming Add-On.
- Where an International Roaming Add-On is purchased from koganmobile.co.nz, the expiry period will begin immediately after purchase.
- Unused inclusions will be forfeited at the end of the International Roaming Add-On expiry period.
- Only one of each Add-On type can be active at the same time. If an additional Add-On of the same type is added before the first is exhausted, the new Add-On supersedes the existing and the existing Add-On allocation is lost.
