Using your Kogan Mobile service while overseas is easy thanks to our International Roaming Add-Ons.
You can choose between two International Roaming Add-Ons to use while you’re overseas. Once you purchase the Add-On it will apply to your current Kogan Mobile prepay plan instantly!
Please note – an active Kogan Mobile prepay service is required to use an International Roaming Add-On.
Add-On Usage:
Only one International Roaming Add-On can be active at once. If an additional International Roaming Add-On is added before the first is exhausted, the new International Roaming Add-On supersedes the existing and the existing Add-On allocation is forfeited.
- Selected roaming destinations may change from time to time. Check this page for an up to date destination list.
- You can only use an International Roaming Add-On if you are an existing Kogan Mobile customer with an active account. New Kogan Mobile Customers who activate a SIM will need to activate a prepay plan with Kogan Mobile before purchasing an International Roaming Add-On.
- Where an International Roaming Add-On is purchased from koganmobile.co.nz, the expiry period will begin immediately after purchase.
- Unused inclusions will be forfeited at the end of the International Roaming Add-On expiry period.
- Only one of each Add-On type can be active at the same time. If an additional Add-On of the same type is added before the first is exhausted, the new Add-On supersedes the existing and the existing Add-On allocation is lost.
Data Add-Ons
The Kogan Mobile Data Add-Ons are perfect for when you’re on the go. If you’re running low or have used your data allocation before your 30 day renewal, you can purchase a Data Add-On and it will be added to your account instantly.
Please note – an active Kogan Mobile prepay service is required to use a Data Add-On.

- Included data is for use within New Zealand.
- Data sessions are rounded to the nearest KB.
- You can only use a Data Add-On if you are an existing Kogan Mobile customer with an active account. New Kogan Mobile Customers who activate a SIM will need to activate a prepay plan with Kogan Mobile before purchasing a Data Add-On

International Calls Add-On
Make international calls with Kogan Mobile thanks to the International Calls Add-On.
The International Calls Add-On complements any SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE & EXTRA LARGE prepay plan.
The Add-On gives you 300 minutes of Standard International Voice calls to a huge range of destinations for 30 days.
Please note – a Kogan Mobile prepay service is required to use an International Calls Add-On.
Add-On Usage:

- Calls are to standard landline and mobiles in the selected destinations.
- Minutes are charged and rounded up to the nearest whole minute.
- The International Calling Add-On is not for commercial or resale purposes.
- Only one International Calling Add-On can be attached to your account. If you do purchase another International Calling Add-On before your existing International Calling Add-On has expired or has been used up, you will forfeit any unused minutes and expiry period of the existing International Calling Add-On.
- Unused minutes in your International Calling Add-On can continue to be used after your Plan expiry period however it will be forfeited at the end of the International Calling Add-On Expiry Period or when you are using the International Calling Add-On as stand-alone data and you renew on any Plan before the end of your Plan expiry period.
- The International Calling Add-On requires you to have an active Plan.
